In this Speed Meet Jordan Daly Co-Founder and Director of Time for Inclusive Education will give support and guidance on addressing homophobic, biphobic, and transphobic prejudice and bullying through education.
Wednesday 12th November @ 4pm Moral Education: Discussion and Debate in the Primary Classroom
Are you looking for inspiration for RME in your primary classroom? This Speed Meet offers insights and resources that can be used from Primary 1 to 7. They are based on discussion, debate, and interactions to foster critical thinking and ignite curiosity. It is an opportunity to share practice with others and strengthen the RME network in the primary sector.
Tuesday 25th November @ 4pm: Learner Conversations Using Stride and Grow with Ross McMaster
This Speed Meet will introduce the use of STRIDE and GROW in Learner Conversations. This is a useful session to support providing pupil feedback; supporting the PRD process; and aspiring middle leaders. Benefits of this methodology include: improving teacher-pupil relationships; encouraging self-reflection and independence; celebrating successes; and reducing workload.
