About Gillian Dunsmuir

Gillian is a teacher of RMPS, History and Modern Studies at Stewarton Academy in East Ayrshire, where she has taught for eight and a half years. She has recently carried out a three-year Practitioner Enquiry exploring the impact of assessment approaches in raising attainment in Senior Phase RMPS. She holds Professional Recognition from the GTCS in two areas- Assessment and Practitioner Enquiry. Gillian is passionate about sharing good practice with colleagues and has established the successful Ayrshire RME group. Gillian sits on the management committee of STARME.
