Our Mentoring Programme
Exclusive to STARME Members
Early career teachers with responsibility for RME/RERC and non-subject specialists can have very different experiences. Some are well-supported in schools with other RME/RERC specialists, benefiting from all their experience and guidance. Others may be the only subject specialist in their school, or have a role without subject specialist support, and have to find their way as teachers with responsibility for RME/RERC themselves.
The STARME Mentoring Programme aims to pair early career teachers and non-subject specialists with more experienced colleagues who know firsthand how beneficial the support and guidance of a subject specialist can be.
Please note: Our forms are checked periodically throughout the year, so please bear with us if you don’t receive a reply to your enquiry straight away.
